Customer Reviews
Always reliable for gigs
I've used See Tickets a few times now, mainly for rock and indie tickets. This time I got tickets for a metal band. It was the usual smooth process, just like my last orders. Their presale access is usually good, and I always get the tickets I want. Haven't had a problem yet, which is why I keep coming back.
Good value, minor snag
I purchased tickets for a classical music concert. The price was competitive, especially with the early bird offer. The checkout process was straightforward, and I received the confirmation quickly. My only minor gripe was that the booking fee felt a bit high compared to the ticket price, but I guess that's standard for most ticketing sites. Delivery of the digital tickets was instant, which was good.
Got my festival tickets
Needed tickets for a music festival this summer and just went with See Tickets. The site was pretty easy to use, found what I needed without much fuss. Had a little trouble finding where to enter my details at first, but it sorted itself out. Overall, a decent experience, got my tickets fine.
Managed to save a bit
I was looking for cheap theatre tickets and found a pretty good deal on See Tickets for a West End show. I signed up for their newsletter and got an offer which helped shave a few quid off. It made the whole thing feel more worth it. The site was easy to navigate to find the offers. Paid a fair price for a good seat. Felt like I got good value for my money.
Detailed experience, good support
I booked tickets for a comedy show last month. The ordering process was fairly smooth, I found the event easily and selected my seats. I had a question about transferring tickets to a friend, so I used their customer service contact form. They replied within a day with clear instructions, which was helpful. The digital tickets downloaded fine to my phone. Everything went as expected, no surprises. The booking fee was a bit extra but standard practice these days. I felt confident with the purchase and the event itself was great.
Easy ticket purchase
I bought tickets for a pop concert. The process was quick and simple. Received my digital tickets right away. No issues at all.
